Belles & Chimes Denver League – Sign up this Wednesday!

Come to 1Up Colfax Wednesday June 30th at 7pm for a Belles & Chimes meet & greet and get signed up for the Summer ’21 women’s pinball league season! Chat up Gretchen Garcia and she’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have. The league is open to women of all skill levels and is super affordable – only $10 to join for the season!

The league will run for 10 consecutive Wednesdays from July 7th to September 8th, meeting at 7p each night at 1Up Colfax. League finals will be held at 1Up Colfax at 1pm on Saturday September 18th. If you attend 7 of the 10 nights then you’ll be eligible to play in the Belles Finals but anyone who made less is eligible to play in the Chimes Finals.

They have some sweet swag too – from trophies to t-shirts to pinball themed messenger bags! For those on Facebook, be sure to join their FB group.

Belles & Chimes Fort Collins Starts Up Tonight at 7pm

Beginning tonight at 7pm, the Belles & Chimes Fort Collins chapter is starting up a new season at Pinball Jones – Old Town.

It’s free to join and they encourage all skill levels. They meet every other Tuesday and run a very casual group match play format. At the end of the season there is often a 3-strike tournament.

Women’s Match Play Tourney at GEX – results submitted & broadcast archived!

Thank you to all the players who came out for our Women’s Match Play Tournament at Game Exchange on February 15th. We had 24 players compete for 8 rounds of group match play qualifying (7/5/3/1 scoring) with a one game final to determine places first through fourth.

The final standings have been submitted (though not approved as of yet) to the IFPA and all players will receive Women’s WPPRs for their participation which will contribute to their rank in the Colorado Women’s State Championship standings.

Match play format. Top 4 ladies with the highest point totals at the end of 3.5 hours will advance to a 1 game final. High seed has choice of game or position. Free to enter and free to play! Women’s WPPRs will be awarded!

Did you know that Colorado will be hosting the Women’s World Championship this year? There are even two ladies from Colorado competing!

Did you know that Colorado will be holding a Women’s State Championship next year? Want to know how all this works? Come to this tournament and get the skinny on all the exciting changes the IFPA’s Women’s Advisory Board has brought to the table.

Talent not required to participate! You just gotta be a lady who loves pinball. The point of this tournament is to get the women from all corners of Colorado together, to learn about the opportunities for women in competitive pinball and for us to test our streaming equipment, production and commentary chops before the March NACS/Women’s World Championship/Pin-Masters tournaments.
